SIRIUS is a web-based solution to facilitate the distribution of safety reports and wil provide you the ability to access safety reports for your review and filing.

To complete your Pfizer SIRIUS registration, contact your Compassionate Access Request Manager who will support with the required process. Once this is completed your registration request will be processed and you will be notified via email when access has been granted.
